About Founder
Nicole Sain created Talk Toothpaste at the intersection of lived experience and technical expertise. This vision led her to establish TrnscndWellness, a parent company that will grow into a multi-line health and wellness personal care brand, intentionally designed to support individuals with heightened sensitivities.
As a mother, she witnessed how traditional toothpaste formulations — strong mint, intense foaming, and overpowering sensations — could create discomfort for individuals with heightened sensory sensitivities, including her daughter. What should have been a simple daily routine often felt overwhelming.
Rather than accepting this as inevitable, Nicole approached the problem analytically.
With a Bachelor of Science in Communications and advanced graduate studies in Cybersecurity with an emphasis in Network Infrastructure, she brings a systems-oriented mindset to innovation — evaluating how design, formulation, and user experience intersect. She recognized that oral care had optimized for intensity, but not for sensory comfort.
Talk was created to change that.
Today, Talk Toothpaste is intentionally formulated to support individuals with oral and heightened sensory sensitivities — combining gentle, natural ingredients with science-backed formulation to create a more inclusive brushing experience.
Talk is currently manufactured in the United Kingdom in a facility that adheres to FDA regulatory standards and international quality protocols. U.S.-based manufacturing is in development as the company scales responsibly and expands access.

Why We’re Fluoride-Free
Talk Toothpaste is formulated with nano-hydroxyapatite — the same mineral naturally found in tooth enamel. This biomimetic ingredient is studied for its ability to support enamel remineralization and strengthen tooth surfaces as part of daily oral care.
We recognize that fluoride has long been used in oral health products. Talk provides a fluoride-free option for families who prefer alternative remineralization approaches while maintaining a science-informed formulation and ingredient transparency.
Our focus is simple: thoughtful design, gentle experience, and evidence-informed oral care.
Community Impact
TrnscndWellness is committed to building inclusive wellness beyond the product itself.
We dedicate 5% of net proceeds to community-based initiatives supporting access, education, and empowerment.
In March 2025, during Women’s History Month, we supported Sarah’s Circle, a Chicago-based nonprofit serving women experiencing homelessness, by donating Talk Toothpaste to provide oral care resources to long-term residents.
In December 2025, we partnered with Chicago Gives Back to distribute oral care products to Chicago families in need.
As of January 2026, we've expanded our community impact to include education & prevention which is noted below.
Education & Prevention: Tiny Teeth Scientists
As of January 2026, TrnscndWellness became an approved partner of Chicago Public Schools and officially launched the Tiny Teeth Scientists STEM program.
Designed for students in grades 1–3, the program introduces:
-
The science of enamel and remineralization
-
The importance of daily oral care
-
How oral health supports overall well-being
Our priority is expanding access to prevention-focused education in underrepresented communities, while remaining open to collaboration with schools seeking inclusive, science-based oral health programming.
